Desert Diamond Industries Return Policy
Returns may subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Products that have been worn out will not be credited. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. For more information regarding restocking fees and shipping charges, please see our Shipping Terms Page.
All products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns that have not been previously approved as so will not be refunded. Please call 1.800.654.5890 or use the Contact Us page if you have a question about a damaged or defective product.
If you'd like to return an item to Desert Diamond Industries, please call 1.800.654.5890 or use our Contact Us page to receive and RGA# and help processing of your return. Please allow a minimum of 21 business days, for us to receive your return and process a replacement.
Damaged & Defective Items
We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives with damaged or defective items. Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-800-654-5890 if you have received a damaged or defective item. If your purchase is defective or an incorrect order fulfillment, it is exempt from any restocking fees and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty and service level terms. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders shipped to an address outside the United States may not be returned.
