Small-Diameter Blades Operator Error Warranty

Desert Diamond Industries LLC (“DDI”) small-diameter diamond-impregnated products¹ are warranted for life² against defects in workmanship of materials (e.g. segment-loss, warping, wobbling, cracking, etc.). This warranty is intended to provide assistance to clients under our care. Replacement of products that have been damaged by operator error is based on the good faith of the client to report only those products that have been damaged accidentally. Intentional damage of a product for the purpose of monetary gain or intention to deceive will be subject to legal action. The responsibility of DDI under this warranty is to replace products damaged by accidental operator misuse and/or defects in workmanship. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Without limiting the foregoing, DDI MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS.

This warranty covers all small-diameter diamond-impregnated handheld saw blades. It does not cover large diameter walk behind, Semi-pro, pro, or other automated applications. Worn-out blades³ and blades damaged from experimental use or any other use deviating from their intended use are not subject to warranty.

The use of diamond blades is at your own risk. Clients assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use of the diamond products. DDI will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever, whether in an action based upon statute, contract, tort (including without limitation negligence), or otherwise, relating to the use or operation of the products. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY RESPECT EXCEPT BY WRITTEN DOCUMENT SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF DDI.

DDI reserves the right to refuse any warranty replacement regardless of reason if it is deemed possible at DDI’s sole discretion that clients have intentionally damaged blades for replacement. All shipping charges are to be paid by client for warranty replacement.
